Never got my items and don't get a response back

Still waiting for an update and my items ordered 2 rings on March 5 and have yet to receive items or an update on order. Tracking shows the USPS is still awaiting items and customer service does not respond. Yet, I got an email to rate the items I haven't received. Please assist. Thank you
