I placed an order for multiple items and they sent me the wrong purchased item. I kindly reached out to La Rosa Brand customer service to have my correct item (Virgencita and Jesus Breakable Heart) shipped with a return label to send the incorrect item back to La Rosa. It’s been six days since I emailed about my incorrect order and they haven’t had the professionalism nor courtesy to respond back to my email. Especially during this time of year when your items will be gifted to the less fortunate! Be a professional company to your paying customers for crying out loud! Very disappointed!
